| 内容記述 | 本稿は，ベトナム中部高原に居住する山岳少数民族の伝統的な高床式集会施 設「ニャーロン」を対象とする。ニャーロンのデザインは中部高原の各少数民 族の伝統的な建築様式に基づいている。ニャーロンは古くより中部高原山岳少 数民族の社会生活に重要な役割を果たしてきたが，近年，一部の地域では，森 林資源の枯渇，キリスト教の普及，市場経済化以後の村人の生活スタイルの変 化などを背景に，ニャーロンの役割や建築様式，落成式の儀礼内容に変化が見 られる。本稿では，フィールド調査で得た民族誌的資料と文献資料に基づき， コントゥム省，ジャライ省におけるニャーロンの現状について考察する。 |

| 内容記述 | This paper focuses on the traditional communal house built on stilts, called the “nha rong”, of ethnic minorities living in the Central Highlands of Vietnam. The “nha rong” is designed on the basis of the traditional architectural style of each ethnic minority living in the Central Highlands. Although the “nha rong” has long played a key part in the social life of each ethnic minority, in some places recently, their roles, styles of architecture and inauguration ceremonies have changed with changes in various social backgrounds such as the depletion of forest resources, the diffusion of Christianity and changes in villagers’ lifestyles after the market-oriented economic reforms. In this paper, I will examine the current condition of the “nha rong” in Kon Tum and Gia Lai Provinces based on ethnographic data and documents obtained in my field studies. |
