{"created":"2023-06-20T16:02:18.049549+00:00","id":8348,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"e5e5efe0-b111-41a7-8e11-fabcb66a3ea2"},"_deposit":{"created_by":17,"id":"8348","owners":[17],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"8348"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:minpaku.repo.nii.ac.jp:00008348","sets":["345:726"]},"author_link":["40"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2019-07-25","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"51","bibliographicPageStart":"1","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"44","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"国立民族学博物館研究報告"},{"bibliographic_title":"Bulletin of the National Museum of Ethnology","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2018 年6 月の大阪府北部を震源地とする地震は，国立民族学博物館（以下，\n民博）の建物，収蔵什器，資料に数々の被害を与えた。地震当日，収蔵庫にお\nいて最も緊急を要したのは，2 階展示場のスプリンクラーヘッドの一つが外れ\n散水したために生じた，第3 収蔵庫の水漏れとそれに伴う冠水資料への対応で\nあった。翌日以降は，冠水資料の乾燥，冠水棚周辺の資料の再点検，少数では\nあるがカビが発生した資料への対応が中心となった。全収蔵庫を対象とした被\n害状況調査は，点検者，撮影者，記録者の三人一組で実施し，資料については\n水濡れ，破損，落下，転倒，ズレ，固定ひものゆるみ，その他を確認し，収蔵\n什器では棚の移動・ズレ，ひきだしの飛び出しを中心に調査した。上層階の収\n蔵庫に被害が多い傾向がみられるとはいえ，収蔵庫の位置および棚の並び方向\nと，被害の大小には明らかな関連はみいだせなかった。一方，棚の縁の立ち上\nがりや落下防止バーは資料の落下防止に，紙製の箱は水分を吸収することで冠\n水資料の被害の軽減に効果がみとめられた。民博では2004 年度より，資料の収\n納・保管方法の改善および効率的な再配架を目的に収蔵庫再編成を進めてきた。\n収蔵庫再編成を実施した収蔵庫において破損資料が少なかったことは，その有\n効性が実証されたと考える。今回の地震での経験と教訓をもとに，民博では，\nより一層安全な収蔵庫および収蔵環境の構築を目指す。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"An earthquake that struck the northern part of Osaka Prefecture in June\n2018 caused damage to buildings, furniture, and artifacts of the National\nMuseum of Ethnology, Osaka. On the day of the earthquake, the most urgent\ntask in the storage zone was response to water leakage at general storage\nNo.3, which was caused by a sprinkler head being discharged on the exhibition\nfloor above. From the next day onward, drying of water damaged artifacts,\nre-examination of artifacts around flooded storage racks, and treatment\nof a small number of artifacts with mold were the main emphasis. A damage\nsurvey of all storage rooms was conducted by a group of three: a person in\ncharge of inspection, a person taking photographs, and a third taking notes.\nThe survey includes water-damaged, broken, fallen, toppled over, or moved\nartifacts as well as a loosening of fixing cords. In the case of furniture, the\nsurvey emphasized the shifting of storage racks and opening of the drawers.\nAlthough a tendency was clear by which storage in upper areas tended to be\ndamaged to a great degree, the position of the storage and the arrangement\norientation of storage racks were not clearly related to the damage magnitude.\nHowever, raised edges and fall prevention bars of storage shelves were\neffective at preventing artifacts from falling. Paper boxes were effective in\nreducing damage to flooded artifacts by absorbing the water. The museum\nhas been conducting storage reorganization since 2004 for improving\nmethods of storing artifacts and for efficient relocation. The effectiveness was\nproved by the fact that artifacts were less likely to be damaged in the storage\nareas where storage reorganization had been conducted.
