Besides, in the Central\nAndes, iron tools were not utilized in pre-Columbian times, and\nother metals were used not for tools but rather for ornaments.\nLastly, by investigating the sources of the raw material of lithic\nobjects, we may suggest relationships between the place of origin\nand the locations where the objects were found.\nIn the Huanuco region, more than 1000 lithic objects were\nrecovered (Table 1). Because of the different classification in\neach report, I have reclassified them into 40 types based on shape,\ntechnique and function. This table shows that about half of the\ntotal types had already been fabricated in the most ancient Mito\nperiod. There was thereafter little change in the complex of\nthe lithic objects untill the Sajara-patac period. It should be\nnoted, though, that Chavin was the transitional period from\nchipped point to ground one, although the chipped artifacts\ncontinued till the Higueras period. The Higueras period saw the\nappearance of the rocker-mill and batlin, which are still commonly\nused in Andean highland villages. From this information, it may\nbe said that the basic form of the lithic culture in this region had\nbeen established in the Mito period, and that the traditional life\npattern, which has continued up to the present, had been consolidated\nin the Higueras period.\nIn order to analyze the nature of the culture, I have categorized\nthese materials according to the aspects of human activities as\nmentioned above. From this categorization it can be said that most\nof the objects are tools to make tools; it can be noted also that\nthe tools for subsistence are very poor throughout all periods, and\ndo not vary according to the period.\nThe problem of the sources of raw material is very difficult to\nresolve now, because of the total lack of information in this field.\nIn the Huanuco region we found stone which might have been\nbrought from other region, such as obsidian, muscovite, sodalite,\netc. To advance this study, the collaboration of the geologist is\nnecessary.\nAs the materials I worked with here are _imited in space and\ntime, it would be meaningless to apply this conclusion to other\nparts of the Central Andes. This study is the first step, and I\nwish to continue it using materials of wider temporal and spacial\ncontext. As lithic objects tend at present to be somewhat neglected\nin excavation reports, however, it is requested that excavators\nprovide more objective data with regard to these importantobjective data with regard to these important\nmaterials.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_9_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.15021/00004646","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_9_publisher_33":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"国立民族学博物館"}]},"item_9_publisher_34":{"attribute_name":"出版者(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"National Museum of Ethnology"}]},"item_9_source_id_10":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN00091943","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_9_source_id_8":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0385-180X","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_9_version_type_16":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"藤井, 龍彦"},{"creatorName":"フジイ, タツヒコ","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"},{"creatorName":"Fujii, Tatsuhiko","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"4422","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"},{"nameIdentifier":"1000080045260","nameIdentifierScheme":"CiNii ID","nameIdentifierURI":"http://ci.nii.ac.jp/nrid/1000080045260"},{"nameIdentifier":"80045260 ","nameIdentifierScheme":"NRID","nameIdentifierURI":" "},{"nameIdentifier":"80045260 ","nameIdentifierScheme":"e-Rad","nameIdentifierURI":"https://kaken.nii.ac.jp/ja/search/?qm=80045260 "}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2015-11-19"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"KH_001_2_002.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"2.0 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"KH_001_2_002.pdf","url":"https://minpaku.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/4654/files/KH_001_2_002.pdf"},"version_id":"8c95f03d-cd1e-4929-817b-820212a11d95"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"中央アンデス・ワヌコ地域の石器文化","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"中央アンデス・ワヌコ地域の石器文化"},{"subitem_title":"Lithic Culture in the Huánuco Region, Central Andes","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"9","owner":"17","path":["501"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2010-02-16"},"publish_date":"2010-02-16","publish_status":"0","recid":"4654","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["中央アンデス・ワヌコ地域の石器文化"],"weko_creator_id":"17","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-06-20T19:23:26.873760+00:00"}
