Efficiency is required in accessing information. It is\noften very difficult to access information if one adheres to a book\n(or original) form of the information, thus it is important to\nexamine exchange of information, irrespective of its physical\nforms;\n2. Information is not always required by all users in its entire\noriginal form. When information is retrieved in terms of\na particular subject, its original form is often divided and only\na part extracted.
