 note = {Non-book materials in special libralies should be recognized
again today from the following two viewpoints.
1. Efficiency is required in accessing information. It is
often very difficult to access information if one adheres to a book
(or original) form of the information, thus it is important to
examine exchange of information, irrespective of its physical
forms;
2. Information is not always required by all users in its entire
original form. When information is retrieved in terms of
a particular subject, its original form is often divided and only
a part extracted. Therefore the basis of user service for a
specialized library is the prior conversion of information for such
specialized purposes.},
