These studies are well known in\nJapan. However, Japanese scholars have still not fully caught up with Hakka\nstudies in the countries of Southeast Asia. According to my recent research,\nsome scholars in Singapore and Malaysia, where many Hakka people live,\nhave started to pay attention to such studies. They use academic accomplishments\nto show the activities of Hakka circles and exhibitions from Chinese\nmuseums.
